Buffalo has a pretty thriving music scene, with literally several hundreds of original bands and artists in genres ranging from punk, indie and hardcore to shoegaze, emo and folk. In 2022, after more than 30 years as a professional journalist, I decided to start my own publication to cover all that was happening here. Before then, I had never done live music photography. Since then, I've lost count of all the shows I've shot. The number is in the hundreds. Such a good time.
